The Seal of the Borough of North Arlington shall be as described as follows: The background of the Seal is blue; in the center there is a circular design wherein are the words "State of New Jersey" and "County of Bergen"; within said words are four emblems, namely, a ship, two picks, a plow and symbol for copper; at the top of said circle is an eagle; on the left of said circle is an Indian and on the right is a Pilgrim; below the circle are the words "Borough of North Arlington 1896."
The above-described seal, a picture or facsimile of which is annexed hereto and made a part hereof, is available for inspection in the Borough Clerk's office of the Borough of North Arlington and shall be and is hereby established and declared to be the Common Seal of the Borough of North Arlington.
