As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
Includes person, persons, firms, corporations, limited partnerships
or limited partnership associations.
No person shall throw, dump or place any garbage,
solid waste, destructible waste and/or refuse, trash, debris or other
waste material, originating from beyond and outside of the limits
of the Borough of North Arlington, on any public or private property
within the boundary limits of the Borough of North Arlington.
