Any permit granted under this chapter may be
revoked by the Board of Health for the violation of any provisions
of the Article under which it is granted or from any good cause shown,
and after an opportunity has been granted to the holder of such permit
to be heard by the Board of Health. During the pendency of such proceedings,
said Board of Health may, at its discretion, order the permit to be
suspended and all transactions thereunder to be discontinued, under
the penalties herein provided, as though such permit had not been
granted.
Besides the Articles that may be included in
this chapter, as the same may be supplemented or amended from time
to time, the Board may also adopt such rules and regulations as may
in its judgment aid in the proper understanding and enforcement of
its ordinances, and the violation of any such rule or regulation shall
be construed as a violation of the provisions of the ordinance which
it may concern.

Any person violating or failing to comply with
any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof,
be punishable by a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $500 in
the discretion of the court. The continuation of such violation for
each successive day shall constitute a separate offense, and the person
or persons allowing or permitting the continuance of the violation
may be punished as provided above for each separate offense.
