In any environmentally sensitive district, the following uses shall be permitted:
A. 
One-family dwellings.
B. 
Arboreta.
C. 
Hiking trails, nonmotorized bike trails, and cross-country ski trails.
D. 
Fish, game and woodland preserves.
E. 
Watershed conservation.
F. 
Reservoirs.
G. 
Municipal parks and playgrounds.
H. 
Fishing and picnicking facilities.
Customary accessory uses for one-family residential dwellings, including home occupations shall be permitted in any ES District.
The area, yard and bulk requirements for the ES District are as set forth in the annexed Zoning, Area and Bulk Schedule for Old Tappan, New Jersey.[1]
