§ 44-9 Publishing and posting.

Notification of Town Meetings shall be given, either by publishing of the warrant calling such Town Meeting in the newspaper publication in the Town or by posting the same in two public places at least; and in the latter case, the public places shall be designated by the Select Board and so ordered in the warrant.
