[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Council (now City Council) of the Town
(now City) of Glenarden 10-12-1976 as Sec.
8-3 of the 1976 Code. Amendments noted where applicable.]
No person shall discharge or fire firecrackers, rockets, torpedoes,
roman candles or other explosive fireworks or sell any such fireworks within
the City.

Violation of any provision of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as provided in § 1-20A of this Code.
