It shall be unlawful for any person or persons
to construct or place a basketball goal or any similar device, including
portable goals, within any public right-of-way within the City of
Glenarden, or to attach basketball hoops or other similar devices
to any tree, sign post or utility pole within a public right-of-way.
The penalty for violating this article will
result in the removal of the portable court within 24 hours of notification;
if not removed by the owner, a fine of $100 will be assessed.
