The R-5 Zone provides a residential district in which new development closely resembles the density and architectural styles of the traditional Town. Other types of development are not permitted so that a strong business economy may be encouraged in the Village Center. Housing types should be mixed together throughout the development rather than grouping types together in one location.

A. 
Buildings on R-5 lots shall be set back a maximum of 20 feet from the frontage line.
B. 
Buildings on R-5 lots shall not exceed three stories in height.
C. 
New buildings must conform to the Design Standards adopted in the Development Regulations.

One outbuilding is permitted on each lot.
