The R-5 Zone provides a residential district
in which new development closely resembles the density and architectural
styles of the traditional Town. Other types of development are not
permitted so that a strong business economy may be encouraged in the
Village Center. Housing types should be mixed together throughout
the development rather than grouping types together in one location.
