This district provides for established businesses in residential or mixed-use areas to continue as businesses and to prevent conversion of buildings and lots designed for business use to residential use. These areas are intended to continue as small-scale business uses, meant to serve the community. They are located close to the Town center to encourage pedestrian access.

Neighborhood convenience uses.

Restaurants.
D. 
Specialty shops.
E. 
Retail stores.
F. 
Medical services.
G. 
Day care.
H. 
Banks.
I. 
Funeral homes.
J. 
Churches.

Automobile servicing and repair.

Other uses that the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission deem appropriate, subject to the approval by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
A. 
Up to 10 dwelling units will be permitted per acre.
B. 
In areas of existing development, the minimum setback line shall be the average setback line of all buildings within 200 feet of the proposed building.
C. 
In areas of new development, the minimum densities setbacks shall be established by the Planning Commission.
A. 
Buildings shall not exceed three stories in height and be no less than two stories in height.
B. 
Buildings shall have the facade built within five feet of the frontage line along at least 70% of their length.
C. 
Buildings shall have a street edge built along the unbuilt portion of the frontage line.
D. 
Buildings must conform to the Design Standards adopted in the Development Regulations.
E. 
All uses in this district shall be subject to the provisions of Article XIV herein, relating to signs.
