The CPU Zone is intended to provide protection
from preemptive uses of land meant for public use or preservation.
This land is typically either publicly owned, intended to be publicly
owned according to the Comprehensive Plan, or not suitable for other
types of development.
Density shall be determined by the Planning
Commission on a case-by-case basis.
All off-street parking places shall be to the
rear of any building, unless otherwise determined by the Planning
Commission.
