The work performed under the title of House
and Grounds within the Department of Municipal Services pursuant to
the Borough's agreement with Teamster's Local 945 shall be privatized
and the services previously performed by that Department shall be
performed by a private cleaning service selected in accordance with
the Public Contracts Law.[1]
