The purpose of this chapter is to authorize public servants of the City
of Gloversville to issue and serve appearance tickets in connection with violations
of state statutes, local laws, ordinances or rules and regulations of the
City of Gloversville, which the public servants are authorized or required
to enforce.
A.
The following public servants of the City of Gloversville
are hereby authorized to issue and serve an appearance ticket with respect
to violations of a state statute, a local law, ordinance, rule or regulations
of the City of Gloversville that such public servants are, respectively, required
or authorized to enforce:
An appearance ticket other than for a parking violation shall be served
personally.
