[Adopted 8-10-1965 as Ch. 81, Art.
VII, of the 1965 Code]
All driveway aprons hereafter constructed in
the City of Gloversville, New York, between the curb and the sidewalk
shall be so constructed as to leave an expansion joint of 1/2 inch
where said aprons join the curb and also an expansion joint of 1/2
inch where such aprons join the sidewalk.

Any person violating any provision of this article
may be punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $250
or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 15 days, or both.
