It is hereby made mandatory that all prospective employees of
the Municipality of Monroeville include all past, physical and mental
histories in the preemployment application of the Municipality of
Monroeville.
It is hereby made mandatory that all prospective employees of
the Municipality of Monroeville be required to have a physical examination
by a physician recommended by the Municipality. Said examination shall
include, but not be limited to, x-rays of the back, neck, shoulder,
arm and leg areas of the body, complete cardiac tests and complete
blood tests.
The Municipal Manager shall be required to receive a medical
report from the physician recommended by the Municipality detailing
the findings of the medical examination and the physician's opinion
as to whether or not the prospective employee will be able to perform
the ordinary functions of the position being applied for and/or identifying
any chemical dependencies or substances used.
