The position of Lieutenant is hereby established
for the Police Department of the borough.
To qualify for promotion to the position of
Lieutenant, a police officer must have at least eight years' experience
in supervision as a corporal and/or Sergeant in the Borough Police
Department.[1]

The starting salary for a person promoted to
the position of Lieutenant shall be $54,100 per annum.
