At the time of filing, the preliminary plat shall be accompanied by a fee to cover the Commission's cost of checking and verifying the proposed plats and other required maps and data in accordance with the following:
A. 
Minor subdivision (five or fewer lots fronting a public street): as set by resolution of the City Council.
(1) 
Second review and a report: as set by resolution of the City Council.
B. 
Major subdivision (more than five lots): as set by resolution of the City Council.
(1) 
Second review: as set by resolution of the City Council.
(2) 
Inspections and reports: as set by resolution of the City Council.
C. 
Land development (five or fewer dwelling units with no new streets): as set by resolution of the City Council.
(1) 
Inspection with report: as set by resolution of the City Council.
D. 
Land development (five or more dwelling units): as set by resolution of the City Council.
(1) 
Inspection with report: as set by resolution of the City Council.
At the time of filing, the final plat shall be accompanied by a check payable to the municipality in an amount determined by the Council sufficient to cover the cost of:
A. 
Reviewing the plat's engineering details.
B. 
Inspecting the site for conformance to survey.
C. 
Preparing cost estimates of required improvements.
D. 
Inspection of required improvements during installation.
E. 
Final inspection on completion of installation of required improvements.
