Any person, the partners of any copartnership
and/or the officers of any association or corporation violating any
of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof in
a summary proceeding, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than
$300 nor more than $1,000, plus the cost of enforcement. Each day
that such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense
and be punishable as herein provided.
