Every owner and operator of commercial, industrial or business premises located within the City of Buffalo is required to post a sign or notice identifying the nature of the business or activity conducted on said premises.
At a minimum, the sign or notice required by § 122-1 herein shall be visible from the street or public right-of-way and shall be legible.
Every owner and operator of commercial, industrial or business premises who is not otherwise required to obtain a license or permit under the Code of the City of Buffalo shall provide a brief description of the activities on said premises to the Commissioner of Inspections and Licenses.
