The Town of Haddam shall be governed by the
preservation of the lower Connecticut River area, as amended by Sections
4 to 6, inclusive, of Number 74-103 of the Public Acts of 1974, also
know as "An Act Concerning the Connecticut River Gateway Zone."[1]
