ARTICLE ITramps (§ 146-1)

§ 146-1Posting of notices.
The Town of Haddam will not harbor persons known as "tramps" after this date, and the Selectmen are hereby instructed to post notices to that effect along the line of the railroads and other places about the Town. The Selectmen are also hereby instructed that whenever it is necessary to enforce the law regarding tramps, they should do so.
