No tank, pump or other bulk container designed for the storage of or dispensing of gasoline, oil or any other flammable petroleum product shall hereafter be installed, constructed, erected and maintained in any manner on, in or upon any public street, alley or sidewalk or within a distance of less than 10 feet from the inside edge of any sidewalk or pavement within the corporate limits of the Town of Manchester.

Violation of this chapter is declared to be an infraction. The penalty for any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter shall be $50 for the initial offense and $100 for each repeat offense.
