It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand or park a motor vehicle at any time on Route 1, except when necessary to avoid conflict with another motor vehicle or in obedience to the command of a police officer.

Any person found guilty of violating this article shall pay such fines as set out in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, Penalties.
