No person shall ride or drive any vehicle on
any sidewalk or grass plot in any street, lane or public place in
the Village of Russell Gardens, except that children under 10 years
of age may ride bicycles or other play vehicles on sidewalks in such
a manner so as not to endanger themselves or others or interfere with
vehicles entering upon or leaving driveways.
