A. The rules and regulations and the policies and procedures of the
Department shall be maintained in electronic form under the direction
of the Business Administrator. All employees of the Department shall
comply with the rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
B. An electronic copy of the rules and regulations and the policies
and procedures of the Department shall be maintained in the following
locations:
(1) Office of the Business Administrator.
(2) Office of the Chief of Police.
(3) Watch Commander's office.
(4) Office of Professional Standards.
C. A copy of the rules and regulations and the policies and procedures
of the Department shall be maintained in electronic form, online,
on the Department computer network and will be available to all Department
employees.
