Editor's Note: This ordinance repealed former Art. IV, Bulkhead,
Poe Avenue and 9th Bayway, adopted 2-25-1997 by Ord. No. 3231-97.
No person shall crab or fish from the public bulkheads located
at the end of Poe Avenue and 9th Bayway at any time.
Any person violating the provisions of this article, upon conviction
by a court of competent jurisdiction, shall suffer a penalty of not
more than 30 days in the Ocean County Jail or a fine of no more than
$200, or both, at the discretion of the court in which such conviction
is had.
