A.
Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, any
person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to
a fine of not more than $250 or 15 days imprisonment, or both such
fine or imprisonment. Each day that the violation shall continue shall
constitute a separate offense.
B.
Any person or persons, association or corporation committing an offense against the provisions of Article V of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation punishable by a fine of up to $500 or 15 days imprisonment, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that the violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
C.
Any person or persons, association or corporation committing an offense of Article VI of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding one year, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that the violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
D.
In addition to fines and penalties set forth above,
the city may make applications to a court of competent jurisdiction
for injunctive relief to enforce the terms and conditions of this
chapter.
