Ch. 245, Subdivision of Land, adopted 8-25-1981 by L.L. No. 1-1981
as Ch. 31 of the 1981 Code, as amended.

Editor's Note: This chapter was amended by
a temporary ordinance adopted 5-8-2007 as indicated by histories throughout
this chapter. This ordinance was set to expire 18 months after adoption.
A resolution adopted 2-24-2009 reaffirmed the City Council's intent
to continue the provisions until withdrawn or reauthorized upon completion
of the Master Plan.
