Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Assembly convened:
That, at the annual Town Meeting for the election
of Town officers in the Town of Haddam, the voters of said town shall
give in their ballots for such officers as are required by law to
be balloted for at such meetings, in the several districts where the
voters respectively reside, and at the places now provided by law
in the case of electors.
Be it resolved that, until further action by
the legislative authority of the Town of Haddam, the number of Justices
of the Peace for the Town of Haddam be, and the same is fixed, at
12.
