The designated official within the Construction
Office/Local Housing Office shall have the authority to process applications
and authorize the lease of Borough-owned dump trucks for use by Borough
residents for personal, noncommercial use.
The following materials will not be accepted
for transportation in Borough-owned dump trucks: propane tanks, car
tires, paints, refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, all hazardous
and flammable materials, and dirt.

The fees for the lease of Borough dump trucks are
as follows:

B.
Any dumping or disposal fee assessed at a dump or
landfill is not included in the above rates and shall be the responsibility
of the resident.
No application for lease of Borough-owned dump
trucks by Borough residents shall be approved unless the resident
executes and files with the designated official with the Construction
Office/Local Housing Office a statement waiving all rights, and a
release and indemnity agreement in a form to be maintained with the
designated official.
