The Residential Use District (R2) is established
to provide for the development of residential neighborhoods served
by public water and sewage facilities where it is feasible to have
smaller lots than in areas without these facilities.

In R2 Residential Use Districts, no structure
shall be erected or altered and no structure shall be altered or used
except for one or more of the following specified uses:
A. Permitted principal uses:
B. The following uses accessory to a single-family dwelling:
(1) Keeping of not more than four transient roomers and
boarders.
(2) Outdoor storage of a boat and not more than one each
of the following: boat trailer, cargo trailer, or unoccupied camp
trailer, all owned for personal use by a resident of the premises.
(3) Private garage or open parking for operative passenger
vehicles of persons visiting or residents on the premises.
(4) Playhouse, tool house or garden house.
(5) Private swimming pool not operated for gain.
(6) Home occupation.

C. Special use:
(2) Multiple dwelling having no more than 50 dwelling
