There shall be no swimming in the waters within
the limits of the Town of Sand Lake between the hours of 11:00 p.m.
and 7:00 a.m.
The use of the Town of Sand Lake Beach at Reichard's
Lake is hereby limited to use by residents of the Town of Sand Lake
only.
That all parties availing themselves of the
use of the beach during the hours when said beach is open for public
swimming must properly identify themselves to the attendant in charge
or other officials present by having in their possession an identification
card which said card will be issued within the town to those parties
requesting.

The Town Beach at Reichard's Lake shall be open
for public swimming daily from the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.,
or such hours as the Sand Lake Town Board designates, and will be
supervised during these hours.
All parties availing themselves of the use of
the beach and the swimming privileges attended thereto will do so
at their own risk, and the town assumes no responsibility for any
injuries arising out of the improper use of the area.
A violation of this chapter is hereby declared
to be a misdemeanor, and any person or persons violating the same
may, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not exceeding $50 or imprisonment
for a period not exceeding 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
