It is hereby unlawful for any person, individual, firm, corporation,
association, partnership and/or other legal entity to perform any
general service, general maintenance and/or general repair work on
any vehicle parked upon any public street, public alley, public thoroughfare
and/or public way within the Borough of Eddystone. Permitted exceptions
to the aforesaid prohibition shall be emergency maintenance and/or
general service which may be required to place said vehicle in an
operable condition, but shall not include any repair work.

Any person, individual, firm, corporation, association, partnership
and/or other legal entity who shall violate the provisions of this
article shall, upon conviction before any District Justice legally
empowered to hear such matter, be punished by a fine of not more than
$1,000 or, in default thereof, imprisoned for a period not exceeding
30 days. Each day's failure to comply with the provisions of
this article shall constitute a separate violation hereof.
