Use of coasters, roller skates, skateboards,
and similar devices restricted; violation as civil infraction. (Amended)

(1)

A person who is riding in, or by means of, any
coasters, toy vehicle, or similar device, or who is on a skateboard
or roller skates, including in-line skates, shall not go on any roadway,
except while crossing a street on a crosswalk. When crossing a street
on a crosswalk, the person shall be granted all of the rights, and
shall be subject to all of the duties, applicable to pedestrians.

The traffic engineer may designate those sidewalks
and areas where the use of skateboards, roller skates, or in-line
skates are prohibited and shall designate these areas through the
posting of appropriate signs.

A person who violates this rule is responsible
for a civil infraction.

A person shall not operate a vehicle on or across
a bicycle path, except to enter or leave adjacent property or as otherwise
permitted in this rule.

path.

a misdemeanor.

No person shall park a bicycle upon a street
or in a roadway against the curb. Bicycles shall be parked only in
the following places in such a manner as not to obstruct pedestrian
or other traffic:

Upon sidewalks in racks provided or fastened
to a suitable fixture; or

Against a building.
