Dumping — See Ch. 70.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
Lumber, concrete, pipe, roofing, brick, masonry and any other materials
from buildings and other structures.
The dumping of all construction and demolition material within the Village
of Harriman is hereby prohibited.
A violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding
$10,000 for each violation. Each day or part thereof that a violation continues
shall be deemed a separate violation.
