A. 
Hours of use shall be from dusk to dawn.

Use will be on a first-come-first-served basis for Village residents and Village-approved groups.

All pavilion reservations will be arranged through the Village Clerk.

[1]Parking will be permitted only in designated areas. Signs will be posted.

E. 
Users shall clean up the area upon finishing activities.
F. 
No person shall use the skating rink or bike ride in the park without a helmet.

Applicants must submit a competed application to the Village Clerk at least two weeks prior to the event.

Organizations or groups utilizing the park shall provide minimum liability insurance of $1,000,000/$5,000,000, naming the Village of Harriman as an additional insured.
A. 
These regulations shall be enforced by the Harriman Police Department.
B. 
The misuse of park facilities shall result in a fine and a loss of privileges.
