Former Ch. 163, Drainage Control; Driveways, adopted 4-3-2007 by Ord. No. 2007-6, was repealed10-3-2023 by Ord. No. 2023-20. This ordinance also provided that the material, as amended, was incorporated into Ch. 240 as Art. XIB, Drainage Control; Driveways.
