The terms "street" "road" "drive" "lanes" and "highway"
shall be interchangeable.

MINOR STREETS
As used in this article, the following terms shall have
the meanings indicated:
Regional roads which link Stillwater Township in the larger metropolitan
centers. Any state or federally owned or constructed highways shall be classified
as an arterial highway.
Roads which carry traffic from minor streets to the major roads or
arterial roads and highways including the principal entrance streets of a
residential or industrial development and streets for circulation within such
developments.
Roads which are used primarily for fast or heavy traffic designed
to handle greater volumes of traffic than collector or minor streets.
Streets which run parallel and adjacent to arterial streets and highways
and which provide access to abutting properties and protection from through
traffic.
Streets which are used primarily for access to the abutting properties
and which need not be used for general circulation or through traffic.
The following public roads or streets are arterial highways which require,
in accordance with the Master Plan, a right-of-way width of 75 feet:
