Said signs shall be clearly visible from the street and shall not be hidden or obscured in any manner by any physical obstruction.
Said signs shall indicate the time and place of the

adjournment thereof.
The applicant shall be responsible for posting a sign on the property

Development and Code Assistance. Such sign is intended to note that
an application has been made to the City of Peekskill for approvals.
Where applicable such signs shall note that a public hearing will
or will not be held on the application and the date of the public
hearing. Signs shall be in different colors for each of the boards
considering such applications in the City of Peekskill including the
Common Council, the Planning Commission, and the Zoning Board of Appeals.
One sign would be included, per application and would require an additional
fee or escrow. Additional signs would be available for purchase at
the Department of Planning, Development and Code Assistance subject
to receipt of a fee or escrow as determined by the Common Council
and set forth in the Consolidated Fee Schedule maintained in the office
of the City Clerk. Proof of sign placement (in the form of a picture)
shall be required at or before any scheduled public hearings or final
