The following speed limits shall be established
along the following streets:
Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected
and maintained as required by the Commissioner of Transportation.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent
with the provisions of this article are hereby repealed as to such
inconsistencies only.
