Critical areas of environmental concern will
be designated from time to time by resolution of the Town Board in
accordance with provisions of Section 617.14(g) of Part 617.
For purposes of this chapter, Type I actions
include all those given in Section 617.12 of Part 617.
For purposes of this chapter, Type II actions
include all those listed in Section 617.13 of Part 617.
This chapter takes effect immediately upon filing
in the office of the Secretary of State in accordance with § 27
of the Municipal Home Rule Law. A copy of this chapter must be filed
with the Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Conservation.
