The Business Manager/Operations Manager is authorized to make purchases
and enter into contracts where the consideration is less than $10,000.

Board approval is required for all contracts and purchases greater than
$10,000.
Purchases and contracts made by the Authority shall comply with the
applicable law 53 P.S. § 312.
On behalf of the Authority, the Business Manager or Operations Manager
is authorized to execute all contracts as authorized by these rules and regulations
or the Board.
