§ 57-1 Revenues authorized for use for capital improvements.

Tapping and Connection charges shall be utilized for capital improvements and additions to the sewer system as defined in the Trust Indenture.[1]

§ 57-2 Restrictions on use.

These revenues shall not be utilized for annual operation and maintenance expenses as defined in the Trust Indenture.

§ 57-3 Segregation and deposit.

These revenues shall be segregated and deposited into the Bond Redemption and Improvement Fund.

§ 57-4 Capital budget.

A separate capital budget shall be developed on an annual basis and adopted by the Board.
