Sanitary sewer pipe shall have a smooth inside surface,
watertight joints, a slope of not less than 1/4 inch per foot, and
be made of semi-rigid, corrosion-resistant, durable, nonabsorbent
material. Pipe shall be placed at least two feet six inches below
finished grade and encased in concrete where passing below a vehicular
way or an equivalent approved by the authority with jurisdiction.
