No person shall utilize any parks, recreational facilities, or Green Acres properties owned or under the control of the Borough between 11:00 p.m. and sunrise.

No person shall bring to or possess any glass bottle in any parks, recreational facilities, or Green Acres properties owned or under the control of the Borough.

No person or persons shall sell any wares, merchandise, food or beverages in Finch Park during such times that Borough sanctioned recreation groups, such as, by way of example and not limitation, the Ramsey Junior Football Association, the Ramsey Baseball Association and the Ramsey Soccer Association, are selling such items in Finch Park. When any of the aforesaid groups are not selling such items in Finch Park, any vendor selling such items shall only sell them at a location adjacent to the Finch Park refreshment stand.

No person shall operate, use, or be in possession of, any off-road vehicle such as a dirt bike, all terrain vehicle, snowmobile, or any other unlicensed motorized vehicle, except motorized wheelchairs, and other one person motorized transportation designated specifically for nonambulatory visitors, in any parks, recreational facilities, or Green Acres properties owned or under the control of the Borough.

The provisions of Subsections 11-1.1 and 11-1.2 shall not apply to persons who are members or under control of any organization which may be hereafter granted permission by the Mayor and Borough Council to use any of the park or recreational facilities of the Borough while these persons are under direct control of the organization.

No person shall operate, use, or be in possession of any gasoline- or diesel-powered boat in any parks, recreational facilities, or Green Acres properties owned or under the control of the Borough.

No person or persons shall use any shoes or other footwear with metal or plastic cleats or spikes in any parks, recreational facilities or fields, or Green Acres properties owned or under the control of the Borough without first having obtained permission from the Borough Recreation Commission.

In addition to the provisions of Subsections 11-1.1 and 11-1.4, the following rules and regulations shall govern the use of all tennis courts owned or under the control of the Borough.
a. 
Sneakers or tennis shoes shall be worn at all times while on the tennis courts.
b. 
Tennis play shall be limited to one hour when others are waiting on the tennis courts.
c. 
Tennis courts shall be used only for tennis or pickleball.
d. 
The tennis courts located on East Oak Street shall only be used between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
e. 
The tennis courts located at the Borough High School shall be reserved until 6:00 p.m. for school use only on days when school is in session and shall be further reserved for school use only at other times during school sponsored programs.
f. 
Any resident using the tennis courts shall obtain a tennis badge from the Borough. A tennis badge shall be worn at all times while on the tennis courts. A tennis badge shall be issued for a period of four calendar years and a fee of $1 per badge shall be charged for the issuance of such badge. Guests of residents of the Borough may use the tennis courts provided the guest is accompanied by a resident who has obtained and is wearing a tennis badge.
g. 
Any resident using the tennis courts shall pay a yearly fee for the use of such courts as follows:
Adult

Child (under 18 years of age)
$5
Family (with three or more children)
$25
h. 
The fees collected pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph g shall be deposited in a bank account to be designated as the "Recreation Tennis Trust Fund."

Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the penalty stated in Chapter 1, Section 1-5.
