The Borough of Ramsey Board of Health hereby elects to enforce
Chapter 9, Public Recreational Bathing, of the New Jersey State Sanitary
Code.

a. The following fees are herewith established in connection with the
issuance of permits for public bathing places as defined in Chapter
9 of the New Jersey State Sanitary Code.
1.
For a permit to review plans for a public bathing place as required
by Chapter 9 of the New Jersey State Sanitary Code: $350.

For a permit to operate a public bathing place: $175.

Permits issued for the operation of a public bathing place shall
expire annually on December 31 of each year and application for renewal
thereof shall be submitted to the Board of Health together with the
required fee prior to December 1 of each year.

Permits required by this Chapter and Chapter 9 of the New Jersey
State Sanitary Code may be denied or revoked by the Board of Health
for failure to comply with the provisions thereof.

Any person, partnership, corporation or other entity violating
any of the provisions of this chapter or of Chapter 9 of the New Jersey
State Sanitary Code shall upon conviction thereof pay a fine of not
less than $5 nor more than $500 for each violation. Each day a particular
violation continues, it shall constitute a separate offense.
