A minimum number of off-street automobile parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with the following tabulation:

Apartment building
5 spaces for every 3 apartments (computed to the nearest whole number of parking spaces)
Rooming or boarding house
1 space for each roomer or boarder, plus 1 space for the household of the proprietor
Professional office or home occupation in residential building
1 space for each 200 square feet so used. The above one-space requirement per single-family dwelling may be included here to help satisfy this requirement.
Retail store, personal or business service establishment, bank or other similar establishment
1 space for each 200 square feet of aggregate floor space
Eating or drinking establishment
5 spaces minimum, plus 1 additional space for each 50 square feet of floor space
General office, public utility office, professional office, medical and dental clinic or wholesale store
1 space for each 400 square feet of aggregate floor area
Nursing or convalescent home or hospital
1 space for each 3 beds
Place of public assembly, such as church, theater, auditorium or stadium
1 space for each 3 seats or equivalent
Bowling alley
3 spaces per alley
Membership club
1 space for each 4 individual or family memberships
Private high school or college
1 space for 6 classroom seats
Private elementary school
1 space for each 400 square feet of office space, plus 2 spaces for each classroom
Industrial establishments, research laboratories and warehouses
1 space for each 2 persons customarily employed at peak employment on the major shift; or 1 space for 2 persons customarily employed at peak employment on the major shift, plus 1 space for each 3 persons customarily employed at peak employment on the largest adjacent shift if the employees of the 2 shifts are required to be present simultaneously while shifts are changing; or not less than 1 space for each 300 square feet of aggregate floor area of buildings if employment data is unknown

1 space for each 20 graves
Funeral home
1 space for each 50 square feet of assembly area or slumber rooms
