The commission or compensation of the Borough
of East Petersburg's Tax Collector elected in accordance with Section
45861 of the Pennsylvania Borough Code[1] shall be 1/2 of 1% of the real estate and per capita taxes
collected for, and on behalf of, the Borough of East Petersburg.
