The Mayor and Borough Council, being the municipal authorities of said Borough, hereby signify their intention to organize the Authority under the provisions of the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945.[1]

The name of the Authority shall be the East Petersburg Borough Authority.
The following persons constitute the first Board of the Authority, and they respectively shall serve for the terms set after their names as follows: J. Wilmar Charles, one year; Benjamin L. Huber, two years; Charles Earl McDonald, three years; Clayton E. Sensenig, four years; Walter Ernst, five years.
The Mayor and the Borough Secretary are directed to execute, acknowledge and file Articles of Incorporation with the Department of State, to be prepared by the Borough Solicitor in accordance with this chapter.
