The three extraterritorial customers serviced
by the water system at the time that the Borough assumes control of
the water system shall continue to receive the same rates and services
as the customers of the water system located in the Borough of East
Petersburg.
In assuming control of the water system, the
Borough is not holding itself out as providing Pennsylvania Public
Utility Commission ("PUC") jurisdictional utility service. In addition,
the Borough has no intention of connecting any additional extraterritorial
properties to the water system while the Borough is controlling or
operating the water system.
